1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using CondoGuru.ca you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What CondoGuru is — and is not
CondoGuru.ca is an information and advertising website. We publish details about new construction and pre-construction residential developments in Canada and put interested buyers in touch with the sales teams and licensed professionals responsible for those projects.
We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not provide real estate, brokerage, agency, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy real property. Any transaction you enter into is between you and the vendor or their representative.
3. Listing information and accuracy
Disclaimer: CondoGuru.ca provides information on new construction homes and condos from various sources, including builders, manual research, third-party sources, and public data. While we strive for accuracy, all information is for reference only. We are not responsible for any use or misuse of the content on our site. Prices, sizes, specifications, and promotions are subject to change by the builder without notice. Renderings are artist's concepts. E.&O.E.
Projects are marketed and priced by their builders, and details change frequently. Renderings, floor plans, dimensions, finishes and amenity lists are illustrative only and may not represent the finished building. Always confirm current pricing, availability, specifications, deposit terms and incentives directly with the builder's sales team before making a decision.
4. Your submissions
When you submit a form on this site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. You consent to being contacted about the project you have asked about, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not use our forms to submit false information, to send unsolicited commercial messages, to upload malicious code, or to harass any person.
5. Acceptable use

- Copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site's content for commercial purposes.
- Interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
- Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
6. Intellectual property
The site's design, compilation, original text, databases and branding are owned by CondoGuru.ca or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Builder names, logos, renderings and photography remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.
