CondoGuru.ca is an independent Canadian website about new construction homes and pre-construction condos. We research what is actually being built across the country, publish it in plain language, and put buyers in touch with the sales team behind the project they are interested in.

Why this site exists
Shopping for a new build in Canada is unnecessarily hard. The information is scattered across builder websites, sales offices, registration pages, flyers and forums — and by the time you find it, the price list has moved. Buyers end up calling five sales offices to answer one simple question.
CondoGuru.ca started as a way to fix that for our own city, and grew into a national index. We are a small Canadian team, and we are not affiliated with any builder, developer or brokerage. Nobody pays to be ranked higher, and no project is added because someone asked us to add it.
We are upfront about how the site is built: the research is assisted by software, every listing is checked before it goes live, and the final word on what you see is ours. Our AI Policy explains exactly where automation is used and where it stops.
We research
We look for developments that are genuinely on the market — new launches, VIP and platinum phases, and sites already under construction — and pull together the builder, address, building type, unit count, price range and occupancy year.
We check it
Nothing is published on one source alone. Candidate projects are cross-checked against multiple independent sources, and photography is screened so what you see is the actual building — not a stock image or someone else's branded marketing.
We keep it current
Projects change status, price and occupancy constantly. Published listings are re-checked on a schedule, so the page you are reading reflects the market now rather than whenever it was first written.
What we do, and what we don't
We cover pre-construction across all ten provinces — from Vancouver and Calgary to the GTA, Montreal, Halifax and St. John's — and we would rather be clear about our limits than oversell what this site is.

- Connect you directly with the sales team or licensed representative for the project you ask about.
- Correct or remove a listing when we find out it is wrong.
What we don't
- We are not a brokerage and we do not sell real estate or represent buyers.
- We do not give legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
- We do not charge builders for a higher position, and we do not sell your contact details.
- We do not guarantee that any price, size or promotion on this site is still available.
