AI Policy

Canada's new construction market moves quickly. Hundreds of projects launch, change price and change status every month, across dozens of cities and dozens of builders. CondoGuru uses artificial intelligence as a research and drafting tool so that this information can be gathered, checked and published at a pace people can actually keep up with.

• Project discovery. AI assists with searching public sources for currently active pre-construction developments, including their builder, location, status, pricing and occupancy year.
• Verification. Every candidate project is cross-checked against multiple independent sources before it is published. Projects that cannot be corroborated are not added.
• Photography screening. Images are reviewed to confirm they show the actual building and carry no watermarks, agency branding or overlaid text.
• Descriptions and summaries. Listing overviews, neighbourhood summaries, page titles and metadata are drafted by AI from the verified facts held in our database.
• Ongoing data refresh. Published listings are re-checked on a schedule for status, pricing, phase and occupancy changes, and the written copy is updated when those facts move.
• Articles. Editorial explainers on our blog are drafted with AI assistance and are clearly attributed to CondoGuru Editorial.
• Images. Some blog cover images are generated by AI and are illustrative only — they never depict a specific real development.

AI does not value properties, does not produce appraisals, and does not give legal, tax or investment advice. We do not use AI to make decisions about you as an individual: inquiry forms are not scored, ranked or auto-rejected by an automated system, and no automated decision produces a legal effect for you. Automated spam screening only filters clearly automated submissions.

AI is never the final authority on a fact about a building. Facts come from builders, sales material and public sources; AI helps us gather and phrase them.

Our team sets the rules AI works within, reviews the output, and is responsible for what appears on the site. When we become aware that published information is wrong, we correct it or remove the listing.

Despite verification, AI-assisted research can still be incomplete or out of date, and builders change prices, specifications and incentives without notice. Everything on this site is published for reference only. Confirm any detail that matters to you with the builder's sales team or a licensed professional before you rely on it.

We do not use the personal information you submit through our forms to train AI models, and we do not sell it. Where a third-party AI service processes content on our behalf, it is used to produce site content or to route your inquiry — not to build profiles about you. If you believe a listing contains inaccurate or misleading information, please tell us via the contact page, naming the project and the detail in question. We investigate every report and correct the listing where it is warranted.
